Minoo Ashtiani

Research Assistant, BSc in Statistics

I joined the system biology group in October 2014 as a bachelor student. I completed my Bachelor is in Applied Statistics at Imam Khomeini International University throughout which I did an internship at Pasteur Institute of Iran under the supervision of Dr. Mohieddin Jafari. Since that, I have taken part in projects to apply statistical analysis, machine learning methods and data mining processes. I am concerned to increase my knowledge in data analytics and information retrieval topics.

Fatemeh Zandi

PhD student in Applied Proteomics

Our project is focused on Rabies virus pathogenesis through the studing protein-protein interactions of virus and host proteins.

Ayeh Naghizadeh

Ayeh Naghizadeh

MD, PhD student in Persian Medicine

Highly valuing contemporary studies that have elucidated many unknown aspects of medicine, I at the same time believe that we can use forgotten opinions of great physicians of the past to help guide our future research. I’m interested in network medicine and ontology based on traditional Persian medicine.
